Abstract: “The weight reduction with enhanced strength is the primary requirement of Automobile Engineering field. Fiber which serves as a reinforcement in reinforced plastics may be synthetic or natural past studies show that only artificial fibers such as glass, carbon etc., have been used in fiber reinforced plastics. Nowadays silencer covers are making from conventional materials like stainless steel. Disadvantages of using conventional materials are more weight and higher manufacturing cost. Instead of going for conventional material the present study is reduce the weight of the product and minimize the cost.
