Abstract: “The human values belong to various fields of reference mainly related to social and economic life, and depending on the style and goals. For this research, we propose to debate the environmental values, as an important nowadays reference point for the human development. In addition, the evolution of humanity supposes the reference to the economic development. In this context, the eco-economic issue it appears as a common path for the economic and human development.
