Abstract: “The purpose of this paper is to investigate the trading behavior of three different investor groups around season equity offering (SEO) in Thailand. The evidence shows that individuals are net-buyer while foreigners and institutional investors are net-seller. Further, investors prefer to trade private placement (PO) rather than other SEO types”
