Abstract: In our Big Data world, the amount of text being gathered is ever expanding. For many years, data curators have sought ways to group thes e documents and identify common topics. As the size of the problem increases, solutions that will scale are needed . The purpose of this work is to present a novel text classifier that can be used for text - mining and interactive information access. The mode l that is demonstrated can be used to extract hierarchical relations between topics , as well as to conducted unsupervised clustering of documents and keywords. The approach that is taken with this model is the use of a graph - of - words key term extraction an d a dimensional projection of the bipartite graph of documents and key terms. This projection makes it possible for terms to be co - clustered in an efficient manner in relation to their documents and the documents in relation to their terms. Furthermore, t h e key term extraction process that is outlined can be scaled on a large corpus us

REMOTE CONTROLLER ON SMARTPHONE FOR SHORTER WAITING TIME IN ELEVATOR SYSTEM

Abstract: In a large - scale high - rise building, elevator systems with multiple elevator cars supports m obility of users. Since current elevator controller system s o nly achieve user’s requirements as the existence of requests of mobility directions in each flo or, it is difficult for multiple elevator cars to stop at the same floor simultaneously even if there exist unevenly distributed requests in some specific flo ors. This results in low service ratio causing numbers of bumped passengers and in longer waiting time duration of the users. This pa per proposes a novel method for registrations of user’s requests through a smartphone application. Due to achievement of mo bili ty request of each user through his/her personal device, the elevator controller system acquires numbers and distribution of i ndividual mobility requests and detailed control of elevator cars including simultaneous stops of multiple elevator cars at th e same floor is realized. Simulation experiments show the proposed m
