1. UNKNOWN PHENOMENA OF PHYSICAL VACUUM

Abstract: The knowledge we have is a key to establish stable and safe operation of radio electronic devices based on the laws that have been proven by the new physics, which will allow us to be free and less concerned about our children s health and us.There are several theories that aimed at this phenomenon understanding, the most famous is torsion field theory. Torsion fields are also called either Tesla scalar waves or longitudinal waves, tachyon field etc. However, none of these theories has nothing to do with a real world yet. 2. ESTIMATING GREENHOUSE GASES EMISSIONS FROM LARGE WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANTS USING DIFFERENT METHODS -(CASE STUDY: ALEXANDRIA, EGYPT)

Abstract: Egypt is a typical example of a developing country which is highly vulnerable to climate change. The weather patterns changes and the rise in seawater level in the Nile Delta are slow but the unremitting rate makes a difficult situation become worse, particularly in the area of food and water (Delta region). Egypt ranks the 94th in terms of per capita emissions with an average of 2.3 tons of CO2 per person and 29th in the list of global polluters with 0.59% of global emissions. Estimating greenhouse gases emissions (GHGs) from wastewater treatment plants (WWTPs) is the first step to avoid the consequences of climate change and thus mitigating the quantity of GHGs. Therefore, an attempt was made in this study to estimate GHGs emissions from large WWTPs using two methods: IPCC, and USEPA, and then compare both with computer simulation program. 3. CONTINUOUS, ON SITE SPECTROPHOTOMETRIC DETERMINATION OF ZINC IONS IN WATER LABORATORY TEST PRELIMINARY TO MICROFLUIDIC DEVICE PROTOTYPING

Abstract: Main parameters of the Zincon method for spectrophotometrical detection of Zn (II) metal ions in water were optimized for application on a miniaturized and portable device, for continuous monitoring of water pollution. The aim was the reduction of involved volumes, manageable by a microfluidic device, the choice of suitable solvents and buffers, the optimization of reagents amounts and aging times and the irradiation of the sample by a single wavelength visible source. The influence of each parameter was investigated individually with respect to a reference method; finally, all the optimized values were merged and verified on a bench prototype to test any possible mutual effect.

Abstract: Low back pain (LBP) is a common disorder involving the muscles, nerves, and bones of the back. (Hoy D Bain, 2012) Pain can vary from a dull constant ache to a sudden sharp feeling. The condition may be further classified by the underlying cause as either mechanical, non-mechanical, or referred pain. The symptoms of low back pain usually improve within a few weeks from the time they start, with 40% to 90% of people completely better by six weeks.Low back pain is a common condition during pregnancy, affecting more than two-thirds of pregnant women. 5. LASER BIOSENSOR FOR THE DETECTION OF THE HUMAN BLOOD HEMOGLOBIN CONCENTRATION

Abstract: High-sensitivity laser-based sensors have attracted much interesting for their significant applications in biological applications. In this work, the concept of laser-based detector fabricated by using optical fiber for detection of the hemoglobin concentration in the human blood was proposed. The laser biosensor is based on Mach-Zehnder interferometer (MZI) (micro-holes collapsing) which exhibits high sensitivity changing in the hemoglobin concentration of the blood sample. This sensor measures the reduction in the intensity of light from the laser source. By using this sensor, two drops of human blood sample are sufficient to detect the concentration of the hemoglobin. Green laser with wavelength of 532 nm and input power of 12.2 nw has been used. A calibration curve between the absorbance of the green laser by the blood sample and the hemoglobin concentration was obtained to find the hemoglobin concentration for any blood sample which has the refractive index in the range between (1

6. PROPERTIES AND TRANSFORMATION PHASES OF ZNO BI2O3 BINARY VARISTORS BASED ON NANOMETRIC POWDERS

Abstract: Because of its wide range of interesting applications including varistor devices, zinc oxide (ZnO) has been extensively studied by several researchers. Pure and 1%mol bismuth doped ZnO nanopowders have been synthesized by sol-gel method to study the effect of sintering temperature of phases alpha, beta and delta on the electrical varistors behavior. The used temperatures were: 650 degree Celsius, 730 degree Celsius, 800 degree Celsius and 900 degree Celsius. The investigations were made by XRD and SEM to determine the structural properties and the Bi intergranular phases. To connect these results to varistor effect, eclectic characteristics J (E) were plotted. Generally, a reasonable amount of Bi2O3 is sufficient to improve the non-ohmic behavior of ZnO-Bi2O3 binary varistors.

7. AN EFFICIENT PALATAL PATTERNS BASED METHODOLOGY FOR IDENTITY VERIFICATION OF IDENTICAL TWINS

Abstract: The learning and analysis of palatal patterns for verifying the identity of an individual is termed as palatoscopy or palatal rugoscopy. Since, dizygotic twins (fraternal twins) are generated from two different eggs at the time of fertilization. Therefore, the fraternal twins differ from each other in their face structure and gait signature etc. But, the identical twins are generated from the same egg. Hence they share the same DNA sequence and same face structure. It is almost impossible to identify identical twins (monozygotic twins) on the basis of their face structure or DNA sequence or gait signature. But, it is observed that they can be differentiated / identified on the basis of their palatal rugae patterns.
