1. DEVELOPMENT OF DIAGNOSIS DIRECTORY AND ALGORITHM TO FACILITATE PHYSICIAN DIAGNOSIS MAPPING WITH CONCEPTS IN INTERNATIONAL CLASSIFICATION OF DISEASES

Authors: WANSA PAOIN

Abstract: The International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problem 10th Revision (ICD-10) was used extensively in all public hospitals in Thailand. All outpatients and inpatient diagnosis must be coded to ICD-10. Every year 250 million ICD-10 codes were sent to the information department at Ministry of Public Health Thailand. Manual coding by clinical coders could not be completed in some hospitals. Semi-automated ICD-10 coding software is needed to overcome this obstacle. Development of diagnosis directory and algorithm to facilitate physician diagnosis mapping with concepts in ICD-10 is the first step before semi-automated ICD-10 coding software development. The diagnosis directory in this work was built upon two sources of diagnosis list. The first source is the previous diagnosis list from the author research work in 2009. The second source is the diagnosis list built from ICD-10 alphabetical index. Final check of the diagnosis directory was performed by comparison

2. NUMERICAL SOLUTION OF NON-LINEAR FRACTIONAL BURGERS EQUATION USING SINCE MUNTZ COLLOCATION METHOD

Authors: ALI R. SOHEILI , MAHMOOD SHAREEF AJEEL , MORTEZA GACHPAZAN

Abstract: In this paper a new numerical method is presented for solving non-linear fractional Burgers equation(FBE). The technique is based on the collocation method where the fractional Muntz-Legendre functions in time and the Sinc functions in space are utilized, respectively. By using these functions, we approximate the unknown functions. The proposed approximation together with collocation method reduce the solution of the FBE to the solution of a system of nonlinear algebraic equations. Finally, some numerical examples show the validity and accuracy of the present method.

3. BUILDING MULTI UAV RELAY COMMUNICATION SYSTEM USING ROBOT OPERATING SYSTEM

Authors: ARUSHI MAHESHWARI , HWANG-CHENG WANG

Abstract: The need for multi-UAV systems has been increasing with the extensive use of UAVs not only in the military activities but also in various civilian activities like search and rescue, agriculture, traffic management, building inspection, recreation, etc. But multi-UAV systems have their limitations when it comes to increased distance and the presence of obstacles in the path because of the range limitations of communication modules. Most of the communication modules like telemetry modules 3DR Sik2, Xbee, Wi-Fi modules have a communication range of up to a few kilometers, leading to less efficient multi - UAV systems in terms of long flight distance and obstacles in the path. In this paper, a relay communication system using Robot Operating System (ROS) is proposed whose first stage has been implemented and the second stage is undergoing. In this system, one of the UAVs acts as a relaying node between the UAV far in distance and GCS when the distance is large or if there are obstacles in

Authors: BENABDELLAH ABDELLATIF , DERRAZ MOSTAFA , EL FARISSI FAOUZYA

Abstract: In this paper, we will develop a new generation of paper display Data Storage to become 24 times more than actual capacity in 2D display such QR code. By compressing and decompressing 24 layers of 2D display into a single display without any loss of stored data. We based on RGB array by benefited of specified layers between back (0, 0, 0) and white (255, 255, 255) color.

5. RED DEFECT DETECTION FOR RICE QUALITY ASSURANCE BY USING MACHINE LEARNING

Authors: ATTASIT LASAKUL , BOONCHANA PURAHONG , PHUVIN KONGSAWAT , TUANJAI ARCHEVAPANICH

Abstract: This article presents an inspection system to detect red kernel defect, normally contaminating in white rice product. This contamination causes a reduction in the price rice of 6% approximately. To detect Red defect successfully, a method proposed in this paper was build up on Machine Vision techniques. The method contains three processing steps as follows. Firstly, noise elimination and localization were executed through image processing techniques. After that, RGB image would be transformed to HSV in order to obtain discriminative features. Finally, the pre-processed data was then passed into model training by using both linear and non-linear Support Vector Machines. Apart from that, Logistic regression was then employed to challenge margin maximization ability of the SVMs. The experimental result shows that linear-SVM still yields the highest performance at 86.3% of classification accuracy.

6. NUMERICAL SIMULATION AND ANALYSIS OF TRANSIENT CURRENT COLLAPSE IN GAN HEMTS

Authors: CHANGTAI ZHU , ZHIJIONG WANG , JIN HE , GUOQING HU , HUAYU KANG

Abstract: Gallium Nitride (GaN)-based high electron mobility transistors (HEMTs) are emerging as promising contenders to replace existing Silicon and Gallium Arsenide (GaAs) devices in the radio-frequency/microwave power amplifiers and high-power switching applications. In this paper, the 2- D numerical simulations of AlGaN/GaN high electronmobility transistor (HEMT) were carried out and analyzed to investigate the transient current collapse phenomena. The coupling between trapping effect and thermal effect were taken into account in our simulation. The turn-on pulse gate-lag transient responses with different quiescent biases were obtained, and the pulsed current-voltage (I-V) curves were extracted from the transients. The experimental results of both gate-lag transient current and pulsed I-V curves were reproduced by the simulation. These study results will help more device researchers and circuit designers understand HEMT device physics and reliability design
