Abstract: A novel, efficient, single fault detection technique of a digital microfluidic based biochip is presented in this paper. The proposed methodology is based on parallel scanning of the microfluidic biochip by using multiple droplets. The traversal of micro-array is carried out by scanning the intermediate rows, columns and the boundaries in parallel.
