1. NEW FULLY METASTASIS INHIBITOR DRUG MOLECULE: 1,8,8-TRIFLUORO, 1 TRIFLUOROMETHYL, 4A-(1,4,4-TRIFLUOROCYCLOHEXYL) DECALIN A NEW NOVEL DRUG INTENDED TO STOP METASTATIC CANCER

Abstract: This invention is about the discovery of a new drug molecule that will inhibit the enzyme Ty rosyl DNA Phosphodiesterase 1. T DP1 is a very important enzyme in terms of metastatic cancer treatment as it is involved in repairing damaged DNA of cancer cells. When Cancer cells (tumors) are damaged by Chemothera peutic anti cancer drugs, tyrosyl DNA Phosphodiesterase 1 is activated and repairs damaged cancer cells. As a result, cancer continues spreading within the body. If Tyrosyl DNA Phosphodiesterase 1 could be stopped doing that, cancer would stop spreading an d therefore the cancer Chemotherapy drugs will provide much better therapeutic effects that will lead to stopping cancer. For this reason, targeting Tyrosyl DNA Phosphodiesterase 1 has always been a target for Scientists who work on the discovery of new dr ug molecules. The purpose of this study is to introduce such a new drug molecule with computational results with the relevant data.

Abstract: In the last decades problems with indoor air quality have increased in the Swedish housing, office and school buildings. The problem that is b eing addressed is the mucosal and respiratory symptoms, asthma, skin symptoms, fatigue and headaches, that is to say, a common health - problem that affects people. The Swedish authorities environmental reporting is communicated to the extent of the problem has been constant since the early 1990s. Abstract: Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ) is one of the most frequently used joints in the human body. (Hoppenfeld, 1976) It is used when speaking, yawning, chewing, swallowing and other activities during the day and even in sleep. The frequency of movement is assessed as approximately 1500 - 2000 times a day (Magee, 2002). It is articulate between the condyle of the mandible and the squamous portion of the temporal bone. These two osseous elements are enclosed into a fibrous capsule and articulate with each other by an interposed disc of connective tissue (Haskin CL 1995).

4. PERFORMANCE EVALUATION OF MACHINE LEARNING ALGORITHM APPLIED TO A BIOMETRIC VOICE RECOGNITION SYSTEM

Abstract: The article investigates the possibilities of applying machine learning algorithm to identify an individual through biometric voice recognition with the higher possible reliability . The emphasis in the analysis is placed on the possibility of using artificial intelligence approach methods for the purposes of recognizing a person unambiguously, uniquely on the basis of the data contained in his /her vocal spectral information . A large number of routes we can go to parametrically representing the speech signal for the voice recognition system such as Mel - Frequency Cepstrum Coefficients (MFCC). During the authentication phase the in put voice signal is recorded and processed comparing it by using MFCC features with a signal that has been previously stored in the database by the same user. The main purpose is to compare some of the main machine learning algorithms to classify them on t his particular application

5. COMPUTATION OF THE GENETIC CODE

Abstract: One of the problems in the development of mathematical theory of the genetic code (summary is presented in [1], the detailed - to [2]) is the problem of the calculation of the genetic code. Similar problems in the world is unknown and could be delivered only in the 21st century. One approach to solving this problem is devoted to this work. For the first time provides a detailed description of the method of calculation of the ge netic code, the idea of which was first published earlier [3]), and the choice of one of the most important sets for the calculation was based on an article [4]. Such a set of amino acid corresponds to a complete set of re.o.resentations of the plurality o f overlapping triple gene belonging to the same DNA strand. A se.o.arate issue was the initial point, triggering an iterative search process all codes submitted by the initial data. 6. 53 TO 56GHZ MMIC NON-FOSTER ENHANCED CLASS-J GAAS PHEMT POWER AMPLIFIER

Abstract: Non - Foster circuits are widely used to enhance the bandwidth of microwave circuits owing to its ability to provide the negative impe dance required to cancel transistor parasitic capacitance. In this paper, a 53 to 56 GHz MMIC (monolithic microwave integrated circuit) non - Foster enhanced class - J GaAs pHEMT (gallium arsenide pseudo high electron mobility transistor) power amplifier (PA) is proposed. The non - Foster circuit (NFC) is used to enhance the PA output power and gain. The NFC and PA were designed with WIN semiconductor’s P10 - 10 process GaAs pHEMT with periphery of 150 μm. The transistor was biased with drain supply voltage of 2V f or the NFC and 3V for the PA with respective quiescent drain - to - source current (I DSQ ) of 2mA and 3mA respectively. The PA operates from 53GHz to 56GHz with center frequency of 54.5GHz. The NFC effective negative capacitance stood at - 0.15pF at 54.5GHz. 7. GREEN OXIDANTS"- H2O2 AND N2O IN REACTION OF COHERENT-SYNCHRONIZED GAS-PHASE OXIDATION OF PYRIDINE.

Abstract: n recent years, hydrogen peroxide and nitrous oxide (1) – "green oxidants" has attracted a gre at deal of attention from researchers as selective oxidizer for conducting the catalytic oxidation of hydrocarbons. Experimentally investigated reaction of oxidation of pyridine by hydrogen peroxide and nitrous oxide (1) in the homogeneous conditions, in the gas phase, without the use of catalysts, at atmospheric pressure. Installed region of the selective oxidation pyridine of nitrous oxide and was found the optimum conditions for obtaining valuable raw materials, which needed in petrochemical, chemical, pharmacological industries.

8. LOW-LEVEL LASER RADIATION AT 1265 NM TRIGGERS CELLULAR EFFECTS THROUGH MITOCHONDRIAL DAMAGE

Abstract: The mechanism responsible for the oxidative stress induction due to laser irradiation at 1265 - 1270 nm is still unclear. Thermal effects caused by irradiation are the main factors to be eliminated. In this study, low - level laser radiation (LLLI) has been used at 1265 nm to avoid side effects associated with the thermal denaturation of biomolecules and provide conditions that at least theoretically exclude singlet oxygen generation by direct 3O2 → 1O2 transition. Here, we report on the experimental results highl ighting mitochondrial role in the oxidative stress provoked by LLLI within the wavelength range 1260 - 1275 nm. We study the dynamics of oxidative stress, mitochondrial potential, cardiolipin oxidation, cell death, mitochondrial and nuclear DNA damage in the HCT - 116 cell line exposed to low - level laser irradiation at 1265 nm.
